**Responsibilities**:
Because this is a Delivery focused role, you will need to be based in Sydney.

**Your future team**
- You will lead the delivery of the workplace built form including the construction schedule and budget and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on each. Risk and opportunity identification and management will be an important part of your role.
- Working in collaboration with the other SLT Workstream Leads, you’ll ensure that Atlassian’s obligations under our AFL are satisfied and that our Landlord’s responsibilities are delivered.
- You will be report into the Head of Real Estate

**What you'll do**

You will be responsible for:

- Interfacing with all the aspects of the base building including design, construction, site coordination and WHS
- Collaboration with internal Atlassian partners and consulting partners that we use across multiple disciplines
- Project feasibility, commercial management, budget and costings
- Support Procurement of external project teams, including design and creative consultants, technical consultants, certifiers etc,
- Support Tender management, supply chain procurement
- Develop a project delivery strategy that is consistent with the AFL programme and contractual obligations and which is consistently and clearly communicated with the internal Atlassian and external project team
- Risk management and the point of escalation
- Reporting, including JWM, Atlas, WSC, and various approval requests
