Build and lead a national team to deliver workplace services to staff and visitors, creating a first class workplace experience that is operationally efficient, safe and aligns to Perpetual’s Future Fit Workplace strategy.
Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:
- Transformational Leadership Design and implement a new managed service framework and operating model for the Workplace Services Team across multiple locations. This includes process engineering, service definition and measurement, introducing new management and workflow systems, change management and recruiting/training staff for the new model - in preparation for Perpetual’s Future Fit Workplace.- People Leadership: Autonomously lead and inspire the team towards a shared purpose, ensuring an organised teamwork environment that fosters cross-functional training and collaboration whilst delivering a first class workplace experience. Ensure the promotion of teamwork, recognition and mutual respect. Provide backup support for all Workplace Services team members.- Operations Management: Leadership of frontline support staff ensuring delivery to annual scorecard & strategy. Accurate documented workflows and procedures.- Contract Management: Participate in coordination & development of RFPs; negotiate, select and manage vendors for local and outsourced services via set KPIs or vendor scorecards.- Financial Management: Undertake Financial Management tasks including research, analysis, tracking and data entry support, budget and cash flow projections, reporting requirements, purchase accruals whilst minimising costs to the business.- Quality Initiatives: Continuous improvement initiatives, Define SLAs and gather data for reporting key metrics, Remediate Workplace Services process that do not adhere to set guides. Ensure processes are aligned through the different quality initiatives.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, Operations or similar.- Min 3-5 years in a large corporate or equivalent property, office operations, hospitality or workplace experience role.- Ability to work autonomously and lead the creation of our new workplace services capability- Commercial experience in the management of expenses for BAU business operations- Experience in leading and developing people both permanent and contract- Pro-active with strong organisational, planning and forecasting skills- Experience in designing and implementing new processes and systems- Ability to develop and maintain written policies and procedures- Exceptional customer service and communications skills- Ability to manage conflicting priorities- Intermediate level of MS Office and an understanding of audio visual and video conferencing equipment.
