We are seeking an experienced, vibrant and outgoing Customer Service Representative for our Client Success Team based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. If you love providing 5 star customer service, then this role is for you

**The role**:

- Responsible for all customer service enquiries and delegate administration
- Delivering exceptional customer service pre, during and post event
- Being a point of escalation for customer complaints and offering tailored solutions
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Assisting the Finance team with accounts payable

**About you**:

- Experience working in client success or customer service is preferred
- You are detail oriented and a strong communicator that works well both individually and in a team
- You are determined and motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You want to be a part of something bigger and care about what you do
- A good attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop your skills
