The Little Gym Dural is looking to fill one permanent position for an individual who is looking for a unique and rewarding career. We have a full time position available where weekend availability is essential. This is an all-rounded role stretched out between the gym, lobby, behind the desk duties and of course keeping team morale at a high. It is a fun and exciting environment where you will be supported to take on the day

Working at The Little Gym will give you the opportunity to grow and nurture your creative side while instilling confidence and a sense of success in children through gymnastics, sports and dance.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Assistant Gym Director.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Work with the Program Director to complete Instructor training for all programs (classes, Camps, Birthday, PSN, etc.) you teach at The Little Gym
- Participate in evaluations and feedback sessions designed to improve your teaching ability
- Attend Team meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the Gym Director
- Review and practice weekly class announcements
- Participate in the weekly gym set-up
- Deliver superior customer service in the lobby and at front desk as scheduled.
- Convert trial class participants into members
- Ensure that student records are maintained accurately, including attendance, family records and account information.
- Assist in the daily phone calls; marketing, trial reminder, make-up, etc.
- Maintain safe classroom conditions.
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns or requests.
- Perform opening and/or closing procedures as scheduled.

**Requirements**:

- A Working With Children’s Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment.

**Preferences**
- Experience dealing with children in group settings
- Previous sport’s experience
- Cash handling/Sales skills

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

- Australia (required)
