**About us**:
Australian Ground Technologies (AGT) is a small privately owned businesses providing an extensive range of ground retention and complex engineering solutions for the civil, rail, tunnelling, and infrastructure construction industries - based in Sydney and servicing NSW. We are looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join the team. An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and growing business.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational and administrative support to the Directors. - General administration duties such as scanning, filing, processing mails and inbox management - Work with Directors to finalise payroll and invoicing - Be responsible for Accounts Receivable - Assist in scheduling and coordinating labour placement.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role in the construction industry. - Excellent customer service and time management skills. - Experience in HR and accounts would be ideal - Ability to prioritise and organise tasks to meet organisational and team objectives and deadlines. - Ability to work under pressure and give close attention to detail. - Demonstrated commitment to teamwork.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dural, NSW 2158: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
