**ROLE OUTLINE**

The Performance Associate Director - Campaign Delivery is a mid-senior consultant that oversees and coordinates the delivery across a team of biddable media planning and campaign management experts. You provide thought leadership, drive key client and agency contact, oversee the development of biddable media plans and brief responses. The Performance Associate Director - Campaign Delivery will support in the co-ordination of biddable deliverables in partnership with the activation teams to ensure quality assurance and campaign delivery. A key focus of the role is to collaborate with clients to produce successful implementation plans that drive real business change.

This role encompasses people management within the broader Campaign Delivery Team including recruitment, fostering key talent, reviews, training, coaching and performance management. Other accountabilities include being a pivotal part of a broader eco-system in partnership with EssenceMediacom’s strategic, client and marketplace teams. There is a level of responsibility to that relationship and to ensure that biddable planning is a component of the broader media strategy. As a leader it is pivotal to drive client deliverables in addition to contributing to the high functioning team with alignment on cultural values and business priorities across EssenceMediacom x Nexus.
