**Salary**:$100,000 - $110,000 inclusive of superannuation

Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Our client has a keen interested in the expansion of their offering in the advertising market and are at the forefront of leading the change. The traditional approach to planning doesn’t cut it. We relentlessly seek to uncover a whole host of insights from culture, the economy, people, behavior and connections, and combine this with great platform and touchpoint understanding to both inspire custom media strategies. Data is the driver. Delivering creativity is the goal.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ownership of end-to-end campaign development.
- Write go-to-market communications plans for the campaigns utilising a variety of channels, targeting tactics, partners, and data providers.
- Promote the connections planning process and work closely with the planner on the creation of unique and insightful channel strategies that meet the client needs.
- Work closely with specialisms to ensure you are up to date with their latest offerings.
- Build relationships with client’s and key media suppliers
- Create unique and insightful channel strategies that meet the client need.
- Be aware of awards as they arise and identify client campaigns that can be entered.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through best-in-class servicing.
- Understand the client’s business, category, and market trends.
- Immerse yourself in the client’s world, try their products/services, and talk to consumers who have done the same, hot desk from their offices.
- Conduct market research on media consumption patterns for different markets and audiences.
- Take high-level communications tasks and identify how a brand should behave in different cultural spaces.
- Work with junior talent in the organisation to help teach, nurture, and grow.
- Build out a connection’s framework for a category across all levels of a decision journey.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients with your media findings and recommendations.
- Educate clients and internal stakeholders on media innovation trends and potential.

- Keeps ahead of the industry news, knows what’s new and shiny in market.
- A trusted advisor that can quickly understand the client’s business needs and develop a solution.
- Loves to actively share POV on market and industry, both educating our clients and building trust.
- You are a highly skilled communicator, that knows how to simplify the complicated media world and structure of an agency.
- Numbers are a second language to you and you can translate between both fast, accurately and effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
