Our client, a leading Entertainment company is currently seeking an experienced Project Consultant to join their team in a permanent career opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the delivery of project outcomes. This position would be ideal for someone in a traditional HR role looking to step into a projects role.

In this role you will:

- Support projects being delivered for the People & Performance team.
- Executing projects and ensuring work meets business objectives
- Maintain regular communication with the project team and sponsor during project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and the voice of the customer is heard
- Provide input to post implementation review

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Consulting or Project Manager
- Tertiary qualification in organisational development / psychology / project management or HR
- Demonstrated experience delivering against organisational people programs/projects
- Have a specialised skill set within one of the following areas: technology, performance management, EA Negotiation, organisational design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
