Professional Services Consultant

Do you have experience working in Property Trusts, Managed Funds and Superannuation industries?

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a lead role in the successful implementation of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Trusts software for new clients across the Property Trusts, Managed Funds and Superannuation industries. You will work closely with the client to ensure expectations and requirements are met, deliver according to a project timeline, and escalate any issues as appropriate. In addition to new client implementations, you will assist existing clients with the delivery of consulting engagements, training and other services centered around the ONESOURCE Trusts software suite.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Professional Services Consultant, you will:

- Lead and deliver ONESOURCE Trusts software implementations and consulting assignments in accordance with internal Delivery guidelines
- Facilitate ONESOURCE Trusts face to face and online training sessions
- Contribute to the customer account management for assigned customer portfolio
- Understanding customer needs and the tax & accounting environment, specifically the Property Trusts, Managed Funds and Superannuation industries
- Act as an escalation point and escalate to others as appropriate
- Proactively explore opportunities to improve customer service as well as seek and leverage new consulting and sales opportunities to grow revenue
- Work with the Customer Relationship Management and Product Teams to manage and maintain customer accounts

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Professional Services Consultant if your background includes:

- 2-4 years’ experience working in the Property Trusts, Managed Funds and/or Superannuation industries
- Relevant tertiary qualification or commensurate practical experience. Other professional accreditation (e.g. CA, CPA) highly desirable
- Familiarization with the ONESOURCE product suite, such as ONESOURCE Trusts highly desirable
- Comfortable with IT / software principles
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a face paced, team oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management
