**Business Consultant**

**Salary**: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 a year

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**
- Develop strategy plans, business cases, reports, strategic communications, and solutions aimed at improving customer satisfaction and more efficient use of clients' resources.
- Analysing data, diagnostics of processes, assess clients' systems, structures and processes and presenting solutions to clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients to identify business issues and their root causes and/or clarify strategic and operational challenges.
- Provide consultancy advice to the clients on strategic business, compliances issues and organisational topics.
- Have the ability to work across industries, portfolios, and other geographies.
- Provide support on all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, and post-implementation).
- Striving for quality business outcomes in complex client environments.

**Required Skills**:

- A degree, typically in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, Sciences, or another numerate / analytical degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategy and/or business improvement activities.
- Effective internal/external stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate to all levels of stakeholder.
- Strengths in planning and prioritising, problem solving and decision making.
- Experience in ICT is preferred but not required.
- Be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
