**The Opportunity**

WesTrac is seeking an engaging leader to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Experience Manager. With the option to be based from Newcastle or Perth, this role is responsible for supporting the development and managing the execution of WesTrac’s marketing and customer experience strategy as well as providing leadership to a dynamic team of both internal and external creatives.

Your ability to drive increased lead generation and conversion rates and executing initiatives designed to increase customer loyalty and improve the customer experience will be integral to your success in this influential role.

In addition to strategic level execution and brand management, the Marketing and CX Manager will oversee the management of events and donations programs and plays a lead role in helping WesTrac define and articulate the value of its products and services to the wider market.

**Skills & Experience**

The successful applicant will have a diverse background of experience with a creative, collaborative, and passionate work ethic. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Communications or relevant field with relevant experience post completion
- Demonstrated experience at leading and managing change and engagement at portfolio level
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and supervise a high performing team
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- The ability to effectively resolve issues and identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated understanding of the creative thought process
- Proficiency in the MS office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to support and guide successful marketing strategies and improve customer experience
