Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the workshop team
• Promote a positive, proactive attitude and take full ownership of your role
• Help achieve business targets and drive continuous improvement
• Efficiently solve problems and manage workflow
• Oversee and participate inspec projects
• Train and mentor workshop staff as needed
• Assist with pricing and quoting incoming work
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain client communication
• Ensure strict adherence to our Quality Assurance processes

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach
• Strong problem-solving and target-driven mindset
• Experience in spec and industrial spray painting
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Knowledge of pricing and costing work
• High skill level in industrial spray painting and coating techniques
