Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the workshop team
- Promote a positive, proactive attitude and take full ownership of your role
- Help achieve business targets and drive continuous improvement
- Efficiently solve problems and manage workflow
- Oversee and participate inspec projects
- Train and mentor workshop staff as needed
- Assist with pricing and quoting incoming work
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain client communication
- Ensure strict adherence to our Quality Assurance processes
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving and target-driven mindset
- Experience in spec and industrial spray painting
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of pricing and costing work
- High skill level in industrial spray painting and coating techniques
