**Your new role**
- Taking inbound calls from Brokers related to all Home Loan Applications value chain
- Delivering superior customer experience by ensuring all information are correct and up-to-date
- Working with first point resolution for customers in line with the operating procedure
- Adhering to process and procedures, while identifying potential risks and escalating it to the People Leaders

This is a 6-months contract position with opportunities to go permanent or extension. You will be paid $32.69/hr+super, working on rotating rosters across Monday to Friday, between 8 AM - 6 PM.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous call centre or Financial Services experience is beneficial
- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong resilience, problem-solving and proactivity
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Willingness to learn and grow
