**As a Product Consultant, in corporate and institutional deposit products,** you will
- Develop strategies for key products, involving extensive product research to understand competitor activity, strategies and emerging market trends locally and globally.
- Undertake annual product reviews evaluating product performance, positioning and strategy, making recommendations on enhancement/improvements and changes to strategy.
- Management of internal stakeholders: including customer facing and supporting divisions.
- Delivery of key initiatives and projects to manage and uplift the product set.
- Be accountable for the product and process risk profile in terms of minimising compliance risk, operational risk, product risk and reputation risk, including managing relationships with Risk Management functions.

**What you'll bring**
- Product management experience is preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with range of stakeholders.
- Proven commercial acumen and balancing of multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
- Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to independently problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced / high pressure environment.
