**The role**

The role of the Product Owner Home Loan Pricing is multi-faceted. In this role, **day to day** you will:

- Lead a squad multi-disciplinary colleagues whose focus is to deliver Australia’s simplest home loan
- Be responsible for enhancing the banker and broker pricing experience to make it easier for colleagues and customers to do business with NAB
- Represent the “voice of the customer” and lead home lending product management activities (run & change) prioritising and delivering business outcomes (including feature/story) through the Home Ownership Domain backlog
- Share the vision continuously to ensure squad alignment and be the customer and colleague advocate when making trade off decisions
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues within your squad to become strong commercial decision makers and lead for high performance

**What you’ll bring**:
Tertiary qualified in a relevant field, you are agile, flexible and resilient to manage the challenge of working on multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will be able to demonstrate the following capability and experience:

- Banking and financial services experience, particularly in the product, pricing, technical or commercial spaces
- Substantial product ownership and management, gained within financial services
- Working within scaled agile delivery
- Experience with software and product development lifecycle
- Project management and change execution
