In the role of Home Lending Executive, you will join a team that's doubling down on customer obsession; we move with speed, keep it simple and win together
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB's home loan possibilities.
- Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.
- Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- Proven experience in home lending, demonstrating customer obsession in everything you do
- Strong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
