Are you hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? Yo-Chi is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support our vibrant network of stores across Australia, ensuring each venue operates at its best.

This position will start as part time with 25 hours per week and may progress into fulltime.

**About the Role**:
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll support the delivery of facilities and maintenance operations across all Yo-Chi venues. Reporting to the National Maintenance Leader, you’ll play a key role in coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, managing work orders, liaising with vendors, and helping maintain high safety and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily maintenance requests and coordinate timely responses
- Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance for equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, dishwashers, etc.)
- Support the implementation and tracking of maintenance works using MaintainX (training provided)
- Liaise with store teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Keep maintenance records up to date and assist with compliance and insurance documentation
- Help identify operational improvements and cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections alongside the Maintenance Leader when required

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of building services, trades, or asset management
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and systems (MaintainX, Excel, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools and performing hands-on maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing team
- Driver’s licence required; occasional interstate travel may be expected
