**The opportunity**
The purpose of the role is to work closely with the Comms Manager to support the strategic narrative and communication strategy. To support the Advice business communications to our aligned network through appropriate channels. A strong focus on our digital channel including content and platform support. Leveraging and leading the Adviser IQ strategy. To work closely with the Network Delivery manager and coordinator on prioritisation and sequency of deliverables coming down the pipeline as well as identifying target audiences.

**How you will make an impact**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent proficiency in the following _capabilities: _
- Lead, manage and develop best practice for our targeted communications
- Drafting generic communications for community program events, registrations, surveys, follow up notes etc.
- Provide consultation and oversight on all content to be used on the AIQ landing page
- Ensure Advice tone and principals are being met through project deliverable
- Work with relevant stakeholders to understand business and Adviser/Practice needs
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of the Adviser IQ framework and strategy
- Leverage all channels with content, including social media, to support business objectives.
- Provide support on the creative content and business content

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good project management and time management skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Some knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
- Proven experience creating targeted content
- Ability to maintain our online communications platform
