Your New Role

As a Claims Officer in our Common Law team, you’ll be central to delivering a compassionate customer experience—supporting injured individuals through their recovery while building trusted relationships with all stakeholders. You’ll guide eligible claimants through the common law compensation process for motor vehicle accidents, helping them seek damages for economic and non-economic loss, while ensuring all criteria are met and documentation is completed within the required timeframe.

About You

You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism.

You’ll bring:
- Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.- Resilience and composure to support people during vulnerable moments.- Confidence in decision-making and ownership of outcomes.- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers with clarity and care.- Solid computer literacy and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
