Darebin Council’s Open Space Operations team are seeking an individual to assist in the development and upkeep of our Open Space Network. The position works within a larger team who are committed to improve the amenity of these precious spaces.

- Undertake a variety of tasks from chainsaw operations, bobcat works and general parks maintenance

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate 3 in Arboriculture/ Horticulture and/ or relevant industry experience is desirable
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Parks and Open Space maintenance work, including experience in work programs and provision of “on the job” training.
- Experience in a variety of parks and open space management, horticulture work or similar.
- Current Working with Children Card
- Medium Rigid Driver’s Licence an advantage
