**About the Role**
- Engage with community stakeholders and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide expert advice on contract and project management, tackling land development challenges including contamination and sustainability.
- Analyse and procure detailed plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory and design goals.
- Collaborate across departments to support project delivery and foster a high-performing, solutions-focused team culture.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in building, park infrastructure or engineering, with strong experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, including financial management, timeline adherence, and quality control.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and investigation to manage project complexities.
- A commitment to understanding and meeting community needs, and ensuring decisions benefit the community.
- Commitment to achieving positive social and sustainable outcomes throughout the project.
