Our client is a global leader in Electronic Security and a leading provider of solutions to Australia’s Defence, Infrastructure and Commercial sectors. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join their Adelaide team.

**Your new role**

As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities, including, however not limited to;
- Surveying customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment, in accordance with company procedures and processes.
- Installation, and identify, test, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance company procedures and processes.
- Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including handheld technology.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful in this role, the following are essential:

- Current Electrical Licence or FPAS Accreditation is preferred.
- Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry.
- Unrestricted work rights and driving licence.
- Able to undergo and pre-employment medical and police check.
- A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment.
- A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are ideal, but not mandatory.
- Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.
