We are seeking a Projects Coordinator to join our Sales team based in **Prestons, NSW** on a **permanent, full-time basis**.

Reporting to our State Commercial Manager (NSW), this role contributes to our customer experience by supporting our Commercial Sales team. You will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of project quotes for commercial buildings/projects, customer orders, uploading project data into the system, all whilst managing out of stocks, stock allocations, project schedules and forecasts.

**About you**
- Previous experience in a busy inbound and outbound customer service role
- Strong computer skills, (Microsoft Office) and bonus points if you have used Microsoft Dynamics365 or a CRM such as SAP/Salesforce before.
- Excellent data entry skills with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Are a team player who prides themselves on delivering great customer experiences.
