**We are seeking an experienced Project Claims Coordinator to join our team of disaster recovery experts.**

The Project Claims Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers to successfully run disaster recovery projects from initiation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate repair works
- Maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Liaise with stakeholders
- High level of computer competency

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in insurance claims roles - highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills

Providing comprehensive restoration services in the event of storm, flood & fire damage to insurers & direct clients. We have the capability to tackle & successfully restore major loss events, both commercially & residentially. Our services extend to mould remediation, sewage mitigation / clean-ups, meth & drug lab remediation & de-contamination, crime & trauma clean-up.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
