**The Role**
This role will be working closely with the Contracts and Business Operations Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not restricted to undertaking procurement and contract management activities, invoice processing, project support and other ad-hoc activities

Specific duties will include:

- Supporting transition of new ICT Managed Service Provider and Core Business Solution contracts including gaining and maintaining an understanding of the Service Level Agreement and critical deliverables/notices under the contracts; and assisting with building contract management plans.
- Undertaking supply chain management with low to medium value and risk in accordance with the existing procurement process.
- Preparing internal Memos with low to medium complexity using standard templates.
- Assisting with contract management activities including but not limited to tracking of contract expenditure; maintaining contract registers and engaging with external suppliers.
- Administering purchasing requests for ICT equipment at low purchase value.
- Supporting the development of Standard Operation Procedures related to contracts and business administration activities performed by this role.
- Providing basic support to achieve contractual obligations and objectives of the projects.
- Ensuring invoices are processed prior to due dates and are in line with the internal approval process and instrument of delegation.
- Performing governance activities such as meeting management, maintaining risk register and decision registers.
- Dev-Ops board updates and monitoring of action items.
- Assisting other team members with ad-hoc work as required.

**Skills + Experience**
- Previous experiences within ICT team environment.
- Previous experience and knowledge with ICT contracts including software, hardware, telecommunication, labour hire and consultancy services.
- Good working knowledge of government procurement and contract management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills as this role will be liaising with senior team members, legal and procurement sections and vendors.
- Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player who works well with others.
- A quick and resourceful learner, able to pick up new concepts swiftly and hit the ground running, manage your time effectively and produce high quality outcomes efficiently.
- Experience with Service now and Azure DevOps (Desirable)
- Experience working in a project environment (Desirable)
