**About the role at QBE**

Strategy analyst is responsible for research, analysis and generating insights for strategic projects to help QBE answer its most important strategic questions on its journey to become a simpler, stronger and more customer centered insurer. This role is instrumental in supporting the Strategy Manager to generate quality deliverables, working within strategy problem solving frameworks and practices (e.g. hypotheses driven approach, driver trees, value-chain, porters 5 forces) as well as building financial models and collaborating across our business to support strategy work.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Model Development and Implementation - Work with clients to develop and implement new business models, processes, and organizational structures
- Data Analysis and Performance Improvement - Analyze clients' business data and develop recommendations for improving their overall performance
- Project Management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
