**About the role**
At harrison.ai, we are on a mission to raise the standard of healthcare for millions of patients every day. We do this by finding and partnering with leading health organisations to deploy our state-of-the-art clinical artificial intelligence solutions. The strategy team is the main driving engine behind this process. We have identified a pipeline of exciting and mission critical projects that are instrumental to the growth of both harrison.ai and its ventures, and we are in need of a high calibre, well rounded and commercially acute Strategy Analyst to join us and support the execution.
Specifically, reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, the Strategy Analyst will partner with various teams across the organisation including clinical AI, engineering, product, legal and finance to hypothesise and test where the next viable use case may be for harrison.ai to make a meaningful impact with its proprietary clinical AI model.
**What you'll do**:
- Support the design and execution of harrison.ai's growth opportunities and overall engagement with harrison.ai's future healthcare partners;
- Conduct market research to identify healthcare verticals suited for AI development; including analysis to determine the potential AI use cases, total addressable market competitive landscape, barriers to entry, and potential healthcare partners;
- Hypothesise and pressure test go-to-market strategy for identified use cases;
- Collaborate and execute on special strategic projects including but not limited to go-to-market, investor relations, and fundraising;
**What we're looking for**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Tier 1 strategy consultancy, corporate strategy team or similar;
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks;
- Strong business and commercial acumen to develop business cases, coupled with high level of attention to detail;
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative modelling skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and influence at all levels of harrison.ai.
**Nice to haves**:
- Healthcare experience or experience in a high growth technology start-up is a bonus;
- Self-starter, resourceful and the ability to independently and proactively complete tasks;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing, ambiguous and/or competing priorities;
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst still providing excellent service to benefit the operations of the organisation;
- Participated in the Startmate program.
