**Job Summary**

**Must have Australian Payroll Implementation experience to be considered**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide Payroll Implementation Services to Customers
- Conduct consulting sessions to advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on activities and deliverables
- Provide clients with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
- Build successful customer relationships to ensure are a trusted advisor
- Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
- Document Best Practices and share knowledge with the Practice

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Clear, in-depth understanding of standard payroll business processes and practices, reporting requirements, STP and other statutory compliance requirement
- Skilled in quickly understanding payroll and related business requirements with attention to details and crafting innovative solution design to address client’s business outcomes leveraging the standard platform capabilities
- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
- Be a brilliant communicator and have an exceptional command of spoken and written English
- Ability to engage with multiple projects and clients at the same time and manage priorities
- Desire and ability to thrive as a detail-oriented team player who can work with mínimal supervision
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly and easily communicate complex ideas
- Desire to successfully operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed on a limited basis

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change management
