**About the role**:
In this role you will lead and drive the strategic, operational recruitment and talent acquisition for Warrigal with like-minded and passionate people in an environment that will support and encourage creative problem-solving to make meaningful difference.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in leading customer focused, high volume talent acquisition across all levels of the business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal business partners, external stakeholders and a small team of professionals.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and create and drive strategic recruitment outcomes based on data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the business to resolve issues and influence outcomes related to recruitment and resourcing needs.
- Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing and interpreting legislation, conditions of employment, HR policies, practices and procedures.
- Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel between Warrigal locations in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and ACT.
