**About the role**
The position is responsible for overseeing activities to ensure TAFE NSW’s Legal unit output and operations are effectively forecasted, planned, monitored and managed; team and branch priorities remain both strategically and operationally aligned; and stakeholders are effectively engaged to foster collaborative relationships and support the delivery of high-quality services and advice.
**About You**
- Degree or qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing a legal practice or major programs of work, entailing complex scheduling, extensive stakeholder engagement and associated administrative, professional compliance and reporting

- hold a valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
