The Key Account Manager ANZ will work proactively with our top national and key regional accounts to manage and nurture long-term relationships and drive sales and brand growth. This function is expected to support each account by establishing relationships, driving sales, and by adapting to the changing organization environment within the retail environment and at YETI.

Have a deep understanding of global brand building and passion for developing and implementing customer-obsessed partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance, analysis and sharp thinking to the dynamic needs of the business
- Bring ideas, passion and capability to every opportunity. Help us grow and protect this brand with an obsessive compulsion
- Be the brand as the face of YETI
- Analyze POS data to evaluate opportunities and potential issues
- Collaborate with internal and external demand planning teams on monthly account level forecasts
- Analyze and recommend optimal product mix on a per store basis based off not only data but regional nuances and truly understanding the landscape and end consumer
- Collaboratively develop strategic merchandising plans collaboratively based on the needs of each account
- Develop and deploy both global and regional marketing and sales strategies
- Expand and develop best in class retail merchandising presence across all rooftops
- Execute best in class in store training clinics while managing online training uptake
- Provide high level market and competitor analysis and feedback
- Ensure adoption and promotion of new YETI product offering
- Ability to see the big picture and balance Brand with Commercial opportunity along with understanding the importance of our key independent dealer network
- Ability to influence and impact change
- Nimble, resourceful, accurate, and detail-oriented; thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in achieving results
- Experience working with large multi-rooftop accounts
- At least 4 years of professional sales experience (outdoor/fashion or sporting goods preferred)
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively and spend time in market (approx. 35-45%)
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a rapidly changing complex business environment
- Must be a self-starter and be able to prioritize tasks and scheduling without direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of potential audiences clearly, concisely and intelligently
- Comfortable presenting to a large audience
- Exceptional ability to analyze the business and POS data
- Strong sales leader with high level emotional intelligence
- Ability to form lasting relationships
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
