Our client is a global giant in the supply chain space and continues to grow as a result of strategic M&A’s.

**About the role**

You will take charge of all things HR and Talent for the Australian and New Zealand markets, while collaborating with your colleagues in Singapore and local HR partners across the group.

This is a strategic role that will see you involved in Group HR initiatives and projects, whilst managing the BAU, other responsibilities will include:

- You will play a key role in partnering the business in Australia and New Zealand offices and the Global HR community to achieve deployment of efficient HR practices;
- You will act as a people partner to our employees and strive to provide a positive employee experience through the execution of end-to-end HR operations;
- You will partner local line Managers in developing and executing our human capital strategies, including talent acquisition, driving engagement, talent development and retention, performance management, etc.
- You will act as the appointed local Workday guru to support user queries, build and maintain employee data quality to facilitate data analysis;
- You will be involved in executing Group and Regional HR initiatives and projects designed to provide a holistic employee experience throughout the employee life cycle;

- Previous experience in a similar role
- You have experience working as part of a global team and managing different stakeholders across different cultures
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- And most importantly, you have a can-do spirit and don’t mind a challenge whilst enjoying a work hard laugh harder culture
