As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance within the HRIS system (Workday)
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, including accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding
- Assist with group interview days and recruitment projects
- Liaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Support the team in implementing recruitment strategies that align with Anglicare’s Christian ethos and values.

About You:
- Strong administration and data processing skills- Recruitment or HR experience (highly regarded)- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and dedicated to seeing projects through to completion- Ability to work professionally and collaborate within a team- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft office suite- A commitment to Anglicare’s mission and values, with the ability to work in a Christian based organization.
