**Salary**: $60,000
We are seeking a friendly and organised Office Assistant to join team in the Northern Beaches. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a supportive and positive office environment.
**About the Role**:

- Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer service
- Processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy
- Assisting with general office administration as required
- Handling customer enquiries, including occasionally managing challenging situations with professionalism

**About You**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Experience with invoices and purchase orders is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
