**Here’s the high-level**

Aegros is expanding and due to this growth, we have an immediate need for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Sydney. Working as part of a small supportive team, this intermediate level position will require a hands-on approach to daily tasks. If you are willing to learn and have a basic knowledge in finance this could be the ideal opportunity to advance your skills and develop your career

**What you will be doing**
- Accounts Payable function including staff reimbursement.
- Reconciliation of account payable accounts and statements
- Assisting with annual audits
- Supporting the Finance Managers as requested
- Uploading, data entry and checking of data and approvals of invoices
- Management and support on the accounts payable system, Syspro.
- Arranging weekly payment plans and generate bank files
- Ad hoc reports including AP aging report and Project reports

**Requirements**:
**You will bring...**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a Manufacturing / Industrial / Pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a hands-on approach with a flexible and resilient nature.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
