Powercore Fitness is looking for a new Front Desk/Customer Service person who has a passion for the health and fitness industry.

Our Front Desk/Customer Service people are an important part of our team providing services to our members and customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

- Provide excellent customer service to all members and customers
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with members and customers
- Ensure all member and customer enquiries are completed in a timely manner
- Administer use of facility software package and point of sale system
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the fitness centre and equipment, including weights
- Open/Close fitness centre in accordance with security, safety and fitness centre procedures

Skills & Attributes:

- Passion for the health and fitness industry
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and proactive
- Positive, friendly, helpful and professionally presented
- Reliable, punctual with good time management and organisational skills
- Able to communicate and engage with people in a professional manner
- Able to work well independently and as a team member
- Hold Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

A competitive hourly rate is offered with free usage of the fitness centre. Work hours are flexible and available Monday to Sunday, early morning, afternoon, evening and night.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
