**Qualifications & experience**
- High Level of experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Confident and articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and committed to getting the job done.
- Works effectively in a Team
- You have a good working knowledge of CRM and ERP

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ensure our high level of service is maintained to our customers
- Support the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager in day to day operations
- Responding to internal and external enquires and customer orders in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to new potential customers
- Update CRM and Online orders on a timely manner
- Order Packing
