**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to provide an expert level of user/systems administration and business support. You will take responsibility for ensuring that HubSpot and BullHorn (our CRMs) are optimised and maintained so that we can achieve our ambitious business goals. You will design workflows, think about strategic automation, develop and test solutions and implement reports and dashboards that will help our team to operate efficiently and successfully.
**Qualifications**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in designing workflows and process automation. It would be great if you have experience with BullHorn or HubSpot, but previous experience with other CRMs would also be highly regarded.
You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and to be comfortable delivering support and training to users.
