Acton | Belle Property Cottesloe is looking for a Marketing Specialist at our Nedlandslocation. In this role, you will own the marketing function from strategy through to execution. You will partner directly with our leadership and sales team to showcase our premium properties, build agent profiles, and strengthen our position in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning business goals into creative, targeted campaigns that drive real outcomes.

**About Us**

We are a premium real estate brand specialising in high-value property sales and management. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, elevate our brand presence, and deliver campaigns that generate measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to build brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Manage end-to-end property campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram) for maximum ROI.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring premium presentation for all property listings.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all touchpoints.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform decisions.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative suppliers.

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing expertise — paid media, SEO, social strategy, and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with measurable results.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, commercially minded, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Real estate or property marketing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
