We are looking for a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with clients for TPRC, working closely with teams across the business to ensure we keep growing, and our clients are happy.

**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Quickly responding to all inbound enquiries
- Presenting TPRC to potential clients through meetings, phone calls, and VCs
- Understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Building long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Reporting to the Sales Manager regularly and ensuring that targets are met
**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in a sales role and is keen to hit the ground running. Any experience with the recruitment industry or knowledge of international migration policies and procedures would be helpful but isn't essential.
Ideally you'll have:
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office 365, including SharePoint
- Experience working with a CRM
- Self motivation and a drive to meet targets
- Experience in a high growth environment, where sometimes we have to put furniture together because we're growing so quickly...
This is a permanent, full time role with a base salary of $80,000 - 90,000 (plus superannuation) and an OTE in excess of $120,000.
