The Fresh Collective Melbourne is seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Museums Victoria.

**About the Role**

As a CDP at The Fresh Collective Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented Sous and Head Chefs. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring efficient food production and maintaining quality control
- Running your own section in a high-quality and high-volume cafe environment
- Upholding the highest standards of food presentation and quality
- Collaborating in a friendly team environment led by a strong Head Chef
- Offering excellent career progression and development opportunities
- Annual salary of $73,210 plus super

**About You**
- Experience in fast-paced restaurants, cafes or events environments
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full-time hours.
- Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery.
