**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, the Digital Fundraising Specialist will oversee the growth of the single-giving program in this fast-growing team as well as liaise with external agencies who will support across strategy, creative and implementation for campaigns.

In this varied role you will oversee all aspects of the cash giving program from digital acquisition, bi-annual digital appeals, Giving Day campaigns, P2P events and managing agency partnerships.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement digital acquisition strategies, co-ordinate campaigns throughout the year, leveraging fundraising income as well as working extensively with agencies to achieve fundraising objectives.
- Support multiple events throughout the year from digital appeals, virtual events and community fundraising events
- Be the main point of contact with agency partners for all digital campaigns.
- Drive single-giving digital campaigns with a focus on generating leads and acquisition; oversee eDM and SMS communications through Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Author the donor care journey for single-care giving, ensuring excellence in every interaction and cultivating strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate/up-to-date record keeping in the CRM in order to generate accurate reporting, preparing and segmenting data for campaigns and providing post campaign analysis.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Previous experience in digital marketing and/or raising Fundraising revenue through digital channels in a not for profit or agency.
- Stakeholder and supplier management, ensuring each campaign is delivered to approved budgets, timelines and quality standards.
- Relevant technology skills required to prepare presentations and analyse data to construct reports.
- A passion for fundraising and interest in working for a for-purpose organisation.
- Be able to work autonomously but also have a collaborative mindset.
