**The Opportunity**: Join the Dulux team as a Trade Account Manager in Canberra. Your key focus will be servicing, maintaining and growing the existing Dulux customer base consisting of painters and decorators, builders, and asset owners. You will also look to grow your portfolio through cold calling and investigating leads. You’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers on site, building professional and positive relationships, influence buying habits and up selling our premium brands. You will also: - Book sales meetings and action regular call cycles. - Develop gap plans for potential customers. - Maintain positive relationships and promote the Dulux brand. **About your experience**: You will be able to articulate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far. You’ll bring a capable, professional, and driven approach and it goes without saying that you’ll have excellent time management and communication skills. Other key skills and experience include: - Solid sales experience, ideally Business to Business. - Strong business acumen with a strategic focus, and an influential nature. - Construction Industry Experience is highly regarded, though not essential.
