Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Details: As the Executive and Business Support Officer, you will deliver high-quality executive assistant services to the Executive Branch Manager and Director of the Territory Records Office, while also providing administrative support to both the ACT Heritage Library and the Territory Records Office.
In this role, you will oversee a range of administrative functions, including human resources, facilities management, and accommodation coordination. Success in this position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and delivering outcomes.
You will also coordinate, prepare, and implement Work Health and Safety (WHS) processes and procedures to strengthen governance and foster a positive WHS culture within the ACT Heritage Library and Territory Records Office. Additionally, you may be called upon to provide administrative support across the broader Policy and Cabinet Division as needed.

Notes: This is a temporary position available from 19 November 2025 for a period of three months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
