To continue our success, we currently have an exciting 9 months full time contract opportunity for a Territory Manager in the Canberra region. Your role will be to deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed.

Global career opportunities
Territory Management & Execution: Own and manage a diverse customer territory (including Woolworths, Coles, Independents, Petrol & Convenience, Licensed, and Impulse) to deliver growth through flawless execution of customer plans and journey compliance.
- Relationship Building & Influence: Build strong relationships with store and grocery managers to drive inventory levels, secure compliance to paid displays, and unlock incremental display opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Commercial & Promotional Excellence: Lead the sell-in of new product development (NPD) and promotional plans, ensuring in-store standards like planograms are met and store teams are well-informed and engaged.
- Business Development & Strategy Delivery: Drive new business opportunities across channels while executing the commercial calendar and channel strategy to meet both short- and long-term objectives.
- Data-Driven Selling & Stakeholder Engagement: Use store scan data and business reviews to identify growth opportunities, measure activity effectiveness, and engage key internal and external stakeholders to amplify execution across multiple sites.
About you:
- Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to be able to influence On Shelf Availability
- Able to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key Blueprint objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution
- Able to understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction.
- Able to have a natural selling conversation with the customer that results in them taking action.
- Able to plan for and anticipate customer objections and resolve using negotiation techniques in the sales presentation.
- Able to use retail maths within a selling situation or conversation with retailer
