We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-pop culture to join our young, energetic in-house marketing team of 5. The business is a K-Beauty supplier owns B2B and B2C online/offline.

You will in charge of all social media and EDM contents, plan, monthly strategies, willing to travel between warehouse and head office and stores, to create amazing contents to satisfy G-z audience needs.

Main Duties
- Related B2C & B2B Websites promotion setup and regular updates
- Manage and create engaging content for all social media - Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok - and digital marketing planning, with strategies and implements that increase brand visability, arrange posting in timely manner with consistency and updates to drive audience engagement
- Marketing campaign proposal and implement
- Content creation and maintenace for blogs, EDMs, products and website pages,
- Implementing and monitoring promotional activity for websites and related marketplaces
- Responsible for tracking social media metrics and meeting agreed KPIs and budgets
- Conducts analysis on data including site traffic, click navigations and purchase conversation
- Connect and maintain good relations with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals
- SEO optimization & keep the latest knowledge and skills for Google Keywords
- Business and branding proposal to increase brand identity to suppliers and target audience

We would love you are:

- Have retail sales experence - 1 year or more
- Related marketing degree and marketing work experience - 2 year or more
- Experience with Shopify and shopify Plus - Highly prefered
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, people skills
- A team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
