**Ab**out th**e role**
- Your main duties will include:
- Responding courteously to counter and phone enquiries.
- Providing support, communication and assistance to Works Coordinators, operational staff and other depot staff members.
- Maintaining and managing the Request Management System.
- Arranging inurnments and burials.
- General administration tasks such as banking, processing invoices and data entry.
**About you**
- Experience with computerised accounting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work both unsupervised and harmoniously in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a busy team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
- Actively and positively participate in team development e.g. toolbox meetings, training and team performance reviews.
**Salary Information**
Total remuneration for the role is in the range $74,509.27 to $82,112.35 gross per annum consisting of:
- $66,824.46 to $73,643.36 base salary
- $7,864.81 to $8,468.99 superannuation (at 11.5%)
