About the role

This is a part time, fixed term role in the Maintenance team, based at Moruya and required to work at other Depots across the Shire. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and administrative functions associated with all Maintenance operations.

The starting salary for this position is $37.69 per hour plus 12% superannuation.

About you

We are looking for an administrative whiz with exceptional organisation skills. To excel in this role you will be highly proficient in various computer applications and have excellent attention to detail in terms of data entry. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will also need to demonstrate the following:

  • High level oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to actively and positively participate in team development e.g. toolbox meetings, training and team performance reviews.
