Moruya, Australia BSP Advisory Full time

We now have an opening for a full time Administration trainee to join our friendly team in our Moruya Office. This position will require you to attend and work at our Batemans Bay Office from time to time also. This is a 1 year traineeship where you will learn on the job while studying for a Certificate in Business Administration through online learning. Once completed you will then have the opportunity to use these skills and continue to learn and work as part of the BSP team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your initial duties will include:

- Reception - Meet and greet clients, answering phones, mail, tidying office
- Data entry and some basic bookkeeping
- Filing both electronic and paper
- Assist with generating daily and weekly reports
- Purchasing of equipment and supplies

Computer skills are essential as is a current Drivers' licence and own transport.
