**Join our Eurobodalla Team as a Site Administrator**:
The new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital will support the community and increase healthcare services to the region. Site Administrators play an important part in shaping our team by providing support and assistance throughout the project.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support project site operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities; this includes document control and data administration tasks (managing a project database)
- Manage and assist with the onboarding of new team members. This includes ensuring licences are up to date and builder inductions are completed before site work commences.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, receivables and payable
- Assist with safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Previous experience working for an electrical/construction company
- Completed White Card
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Previous accounts and invoicing experience
